Sending Michael Trust Law, APC unsolicited information via this website or its associated email does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Further, it does not guarantee that Michael Trust Law, APC is willing to consider, discuss, evaluate, or otherwise be involved in your case and enter an attorney-client relationship. 

If you communicate with Michael Trust Law, APC before we have an established attorney-client relationship, your communications may not be privileged or confidential, and may be disclosed to third parties, in accordance with Michael Trust Law, APC’s privacy policy. 

An attorney-client relationship with Michael Trust Law, APC is only established once conflict checks have been run, and there is a fully executed, written engagement letter or agreement for services, which are part of Michael Trust Law APC’s formal procedures for creating an attorney-client relationship. 

Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information, such as, but not limited to, your Social Security Number, your Driver’s License/ID number, Credit Card or financial account information; names of witnesses or others, except for the name of your current or past employer and the person(s) who you believe directly took negative employment actions against you (supervisor, manager, etc.). If you submit this information anyway, despite this warning, you do so as your own risk and Michael Trust Law, APC is not liable for unintended consequence of your submittal.  This section of this Notice is intended to protect your rights.
